With the clamping stop for groove profiles, the Heinrich Kipp factory is introducing a practical market innovation: The spring-loaded threaded bolt prevents annoying tilting and makes it easier to move the stop. The flexible positioning element with M6 thread is suitable for different areas of application.
Clamp stops are used in assembly technology, conveyor technology as well as in plant and device construction to position workpieces. For the first time there is now a version with an internal spring. The stop is clamped by simply turning the star grip. After releasing the stop, the slot nut lifts off and the stop can be realigned without tilting. The spring-loaded threaded bolt ensures that it can be moved very easily and work efficiently.
The new clamping stopper consists of a plastic star grip with external thread, a cylindrical aluminum body and a bolt with M6 thread, which allows the use of a variety of sliding blocks. It is suitable for numerous profile systems such as Type B, Type I and T-slots to DIN 650. The range also includes numerous sliding blocks as accessories.
