Pepperl + Fuchs presents a new one Power Supply for switch cabinet and other applications in automation. The devices of the PS1000 series complement the product families of intrinsically safe barriers, signal isolators and surge protection modules. The devices are very reliable and offer a long service life and a high degree of efficiency of over 95%.

The power supply can be in temperatures up to 70 ° C are used. The devices are the smallest and lightest modules in their class. The PS1000 power supply portfolio includes twelve devices with input voltages of 230 VAC / 110 VDC, 24 VDC or 400 VAC. 12 VDC, 24 VDC or 48 VDC and currents of up to 40 A are available at the output. The devices have Atex, IECEx, EAC approvals and are certified for the North American market.

Redundant systems must be monitored so that if a device fails, a Service call can be triggered. The DC-OK signal of the power supply can be used for this.
