One of many young talent projects at igus is the in-house trainee Company Reguse. The project emerged at the end of 2019 from the idea of the IT trainees to save old devices from electronic waste. Since April 2021, all employees have been able to purchase refurbished technical devices for private use at a reasonable price via Reguse's own online shop.

The laptop costs 150 euros and the monitor 50 euros. The trainees sell all devices in their own web shop.
