Adjustable ball lock pins with head locking for distances
Details

Components can be quickly fixed and connected with the ball lock pins from Heinrich Kipp Werk. Two new designs with head locking now enable connections over large distances, while the steplessly adjustable ball lock pins are designed for varying component thicknesses.
At the ball lock pins K1414 and K1415 the practical ball lock mechanism is not located at the end of the bolt but directly under the handle. Since the length of the bolt does not necessarily have to be matched to the width or height of the component, these designs can be used very flexibly and also enable connections over large distances.
The ball lock pins with head locking are made of stainless steel and available in diameters between 5 and 16 mm and standard lengths up to 250 mm. Individual special sizes are also possible. For quick recording of these components, the K1416 special sockets made of stainless steel available.
Infinitely adjustable ball lock pins
The ball lock pins are also new to the Heinrich Kipp Werk range K1299in which the length range between contact surface and ball can be infinitely adjusted. These adjusting mechanisms make them the ideal choice for varying component thicknesses. Also in this product variant, all components are made of stainless steel. The bolts have diameters from 5 to 16 mm. The variable adjustment range can be used to realize lengths from 2 to 80 mm.
The product portfolio of Kipp comprises around 1200 different Ball Lock Pins for different requirements and applications. The operation of these components is simple but effective: when the push-button is pressed, the two balls unlock and the interconnected parts come loose. When the push button is released, the balls securely lock the connection.
