ACE shock absorbers expand the product range in damping technology. A total of 32 different pallet stoppers will serve in the future to meet the most diverse requirements in transfer technology. With the new product family, reliable, efficient and inexpensive helpers are available to separate pallets with masses from 1 to 1200 kg from each other and to transport them individually.



The compact, highly integrated machine elements operate pneumatically or electrically. In the pneumatic versions, there is a choice between single-acting or double-acting singers, which function either without or with inductive or electronic interrogation. There are also these models with or without built-in small shock absorber. If the singles are provided with shock absorbers, it is possible to decelerate up to four times higher masses than the purely pneumatically or electrically functioning ones with the same size. An optional air connection guarantees the retraction of the stop even at low load.

When no compressed air is present or needed, the electrical pallet stoppers are available on production and assembly line transfer systems. On the separating or feeding unit or directly mounted on the workpiece, they stop, singulate and damp one or more accumulating workpiece carriers on the stop plate defined for them extremely reliably. In this case, there are additional benefits in terms of noise reduction and the careful use of resources.
