The hinged belt conveyors of the new subsidiary Emma, also known as plastic chain conveyors, are used very successfully in all areas of industry. Almost every route in three-dimensional space is cost-effective and can be realized with a small footprint. Quickly configured and easy to set up, products from 10 to 600 mm are conveyed with different chain widths, drivers and side guides, or alternatively on workpiece carriers.
The new round tube system D28 was developed in the principle of Lean Production, for an optimized and economical use of means of production. With only 13 standard components, almost any design can be implemented for individual operating equipment in the workshop and assembly area. Whether provisioning trolleys, shelves, racks or attachments for workplaces, through the easy handling of the round tube system, new concepts and expansions can be implemented by only one person with little effort.
The industrial workplaces with new electric height adjustment and extended functional accessories serve the ideal ergonomics and offer maximum planning freedom for an innovative workplace design with constantly changing requirements. The optimal positioning of the workpiece and the tools as well as a continuous and rapid material supply are ensured by flexible add-on parts and modular provisioning trolleys and racks.
