In the in-house, ultra-modern technology center in Switzerland, Blaser Swisslube puts the cooling lubricants through their paces as early as the development phase. The new technologies include the crystal clear "Synergy 735", the high-performance grinding oil "Blasogrind GTC 7" and the latest "B-Cool MC 610" for mixed production.
The fully synthetic Synergy 735 looks like water, has a neutral odor and is very well tolerated by the skin. The water-miscible and oil-free coolant offers perfect surfaces even with sensitive aluminum alloys.
The Blasogrind GTC 7 grinding oil provides rapid air discharge for optimum cooling and is suitable for tool grinding, profile and draft grinding.
The water-miscible B-Cool MC 610 cooling lubricant for mixed production is suitable for machining Icing, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and copper alloys. The emulsion is very stable and filterable. Even when processing cast iron and copper alloys, it does not show any color changes. This means the machines stay clean and the maintenance and cleaning effort is reduced to a minimum.
