During the design software Linear Motion Designer from Bosch Rexroth there are new functions: The dimensioning of linear bushing guides is now possible, the program provides information on the lubrication interval and lubrication quantity and additional selection aids lead to the right one more quickly linear guide.

The Linear Motion Designer has been the first choice for the calculation and dimensioning of linear guides of Rexroth linear technology and has been continuously improved since then. The latest version of the software also supports the design of the linear bushing guide and, thanks to the integration of new functions, enables an even faster and more convenient design. The Linear Motion Designer is therefore an important part of Rexroth's digital engineering and procurement chain.

The update ensures an application-oriented design process for linear guides such as profile rail guides, screw drives and now also Linear Bushing Guide.

New selection aids and functions for the linear guide

Thanks to clever selection aids, the user is guided through the dimensioning of linear guides in a targeted manner and reaches the right solution more quickly. This also includes the selection guide Guide carriage: After entering the calculation-relevant data, the user can specify the future area of application more precisely based on application criteria.
