Schaeffler's "Bearinx" calculation software has been expanded to include many calculation options for the Rollinginterpretation expanded. Furthermore, a detailed consideration of the gearing as well as the universal component "Optikit" for the optimization of any parameters have now been integrated. User-friendliness has also been improved by reorganizing the input dialogs.
The 2015 newly introduced Toroidalrollenlager (Torb) are now also integrated. These bearings combine the angular adjustability of a spherical roller bearing with the axial displaceability of a cylindrical roller or needle roller bearing. Also integrated in the stock selection is the possibility to combine warehouse rows freely to a warehouse. This may be interesting, for example, to design asymmetric double row bearings that need to accommodate large, different axial loads in both directions.
Many improvements are also incorporated in the Bearinx customer versions that the rolling bearing specialist offers to external users. For this purpose, individual calculation modules are removed from the full version and made available so that the customer can get involved early and intensively in product development.
