INA-Lineartechnik offers its customers a new online calculation tool for driven linear units and multi-axis positioning systems free of charge on the Internet and only available online. Based on those developed by the Schaeffler Group Rolling "Bearinxs" calculation software calculates "Bearinx-online Easy Linearsystem" the nominal service life and static load safety of single and multi-axis positioning systems with driven INA linear modules. Product-specific influencing variables are also taken into account, such as

* Connection of all axes for a closed linear system calculation,
* Consideration of accelerated table and machine bed masses, also over several axes,
* Calculation of possible deformations of the linear system by setting operating points.

A comfortable user interface with clear menu navigation controls all necessary data entries self-explanatory. Starting with practical, preconfigured 1, 2 or 3 axis positioning systems and a free arrangement of the drives, the desired linear system is quickly found and filled with the necessary parameters. Thus, the linear technology specialist offers fast and directly usable support to customers and supplements the personal consulting services provided by the worldwide engineering service.

With the online calculation software, the designer can select and calculate the appropriate axis configuration at an early stage. All file entries can be saved for further editing and optimization.
