Hydraulic valve construction kit for mobile and stationary use

The modular Hydraulic valve RPEK1-03 / B kit from Argo Hytos was made for mobile and stationary Hydraulic System Applications designed. The construction kit is based on the RPEK1-03 disc directional valve, nominal size 03. The directional valve has a maximum flow rate of 20 l / min per section.

The large number of vertical and horizontal sections allows in conjunction with Screw-in valves a creation of arbitrary schemes for open circuits. The modular design helps flexibly in the development of a new hydraulic system. The user is also supported when performing various system modifications to the hydraulic valves or when design changes are made frequently. The simplicity of the modification and extension options saves him development time and costs.

Input block for connecting the control block

The inlet block connects the control block with the pressure and tank lines of the hydraulic valve system. There is the possibility of pressure reduction or unpressurized circulation by installing the 7 / 8-14 UNF (B2, C-10-2) valves. The input plate can be installed in the center of the assembly.

Module blocks with valves are connected on both sides. This allows a connection of up to 16 sections to be established. The modular inlet block can be used up to a total volume flow of 60 l / min and a working pressure of 250 bar. There are threads for connection to the circuit in the industrial standards BSPP and SAE.

Horizontal intermediate plates for screw-in valves

The horizontal intermediate plates with shaped bores for any screw-in valves of size ¾-16 UNF (A2, C-08-2) allow flexible execution of  Control functions in consumer channels A and B. These lead to the connected consumers. The following hydraulic valves can be used:

Directional spool valve with actuation for CAN bus communication

• Check valves and pilot operated check valves,
• Flow valves and flow regulators
• Pressure valves
• Load holding valves for controlling the load movement all other solenoid operated valves for controlling the direction of the flow

Vertical mounting plates for connection to actuators

In the group of vertical mounting plates, Argo-Hytos offers pilot operated check valves, throttle valves with bypass check valves and variants of upper cover plates with vertical and horizontal outlets for connecting the actuators to individual sections.

Other components

The end valve disks, basic disk directional control valves and end plates mentioned at the beginning complete the modular RPEK1-03 hydraulic valve construction kit.
