Stauff represents the revised Plug-in coupling QRC ID for the Stationaryplumber in front. It is very compact and easy to use. The coupling series is also suitable for use under harsh environmental conditions and for nominal pressures of up to 400 bar. The plug-in coupling offers a highly effective Corrosion Protection for harsh environmental conditions.

Stauff plug-in coupling

The corrosion protection Coating is based on zinc-nickel and offers maximum resistance to red rust and base metal corrosion. It was tested intensively under practical conditions. It exceeds the highest requirements of corrosion protection class K5, which are defined in VDMA standard sheet 24576 for pipe connections. The high ductility * of the coating creates the prerequisite for above-average wear resistance with high mechanical stress.

Uncouple the plug-in coupling by push-pull

The plug-in coupling is easy to use. The operator only has to disconnect the Push sleeve actuate. The coupling is done by simply plugging in the coupling and simultaneously pressing the push sleeve. A high-quality cone valve ensures good flow rates and reliably blocks the media line.

Monitor the hydraulic filter with an indication of contamination

The QRC-ID couplings are now provided with coding for quick identification and traceability. The safety factor of the plug-in coupling is high. The burst pressure corresponds to at least four times the operating pressure.

The locking coupling is available in four sizes (DN 6.3, DN 10, DN 19 and DN 25) for operating pressures up to 400 bar in stock. The compact design allows use even in confined spaces.

* Ductility shows how a material permanently deforms plastically under shear stress.
