ganderTube clamp connectors are clamping elements that can be joined together quickly and easily to functional systems using commercially available round or square tubes. Ganter has optimized this product portfolio. All tube clamp connectors are now also available in aluminum.

Depending on the variant, they can also be supplied in stainless steel. Matching construction tubes (round or square) are available in steel, stainless steel and aluminum. A distinction is made between one-piece and multi-part designs within the various clamp connectors, such as cross, cross flange, flange, foot, foot flange, angle, socket, lug and joint clamp connectors.

With the one-piece, slotted clamp connectors the user gets very stable pipe constructions. However, only round precision tubes according to DIN 2391 whose outer diameters are within a relatively narrow tolerance range can be used.

Ganter recommends his design tubes GN 990 here. The multi-part clamp connectors (half-shell design) do not place special demands on the pipe tolerance. They can also be combined with square tubes and can also be attached to existing constructions.

The clamping of the pipe clamp connectors is done with cylinder head bolts. For frequent clamping and loosening, the screws can be replaced by adjustable clamping levers GN 911. Plug-in sockets made of plastic and aluminum, for example, for joint feet and end plugs complete the program.
