Small controller with integrated multifunction I / Os

With the Beckhoff CX7000 Embedded PC, the comfortable and powerful Twin CAT 3 world is now also available for small control systems. This further increases the scalability of the PC-based control technology.

The Embedded PC CX7000 is equipped with an ARM Cortex M7 processor (32 bit, 400 MHz) and thus offers high computing power for the small control area. In addition, all advantages of the Twin CAT 3 software generation can be used. In addition, the extremely compact design of 49 x 100 x 72 mm contributes to the optimal scalability of PC-based control for typical small control applications with a minimal footprint.

The control has already integrated multifunction I / Os: 8 digital inputs, 24 V DC, filter 3 ms, type 3 and 4 digital outputs, 24 V DC, 0,5 A, 1-wire technology. These integrated multifunctional I / Os can be configured for other operating modes (modes) via Twin CAT 3, so that fast counting or analog value processing is also possible. 

Safety control for safe signal processing

If further electrical signals are to be processed, the CX7000 can be expanded in addition to the integrated I / Os as required and extremely flexibly with EtherCAT Terminals or Bus Terminals.
