The automotive supplier from Bad Neustadt ad Saale had to overcome industry crises over the past 100 years, completely reorganize its product portfolio several times and ultimately reinvent itself as a company again and again. Given the major changes in the automotive industry, the next 100 years will likely be no less challenging.

Preh has positioned itself as an innovation driver in the market segments for driver control systems, e-mobility and connectivity. Under the slogan "We drive Innovation", the supplier wants to actively shape the mobility of the future and to design the operation in the vehicle cockpit of tomorrow.

"We have proven that we can always reinvent ourselves. This also applies to the future. Let's go together. For the next 100 years! "The Preh management summarized the review and outlook as a leitmotif for all employees worldwide.

The starting point for the implementation of the ambitious goals is favorable: After overcoming the global industry crisis 2008 / 2009, the company was able to "take off" and embark on a dynamic growth course. In particular, the partnership with the Chinese investor Joyson in the year 2011 has given the company strong tailwind: While the automotive supplier 2010 with 2420 employees had achieved a turnover of 351 million EUR, Preh 2018 employed around 7300 employees and could exceed 1,3 billion (preliminary information) skip a new sales record.

The celebrations of the 100 anniversary will take place in the summer: on the 26. In July, Preh will hold a celebration for invited guests from the worlds of politics and business, while a large family celebration will be held one day later for the employees.
