Ready-to-install microforms for micro-injection molding

Meusburger is now offering ready-to-install microforms with extensive accessories. The mold assemblies for micro injection molding are especially suitable for use in baby plastic machines and are available in different mold assembly variants. Ready-to-install ejector package systems with precise positioning of the ejectors and ideal guidance are available in two different versions from stock. This means that two unique, standardized solutions are available.

In addition, there is a wide range of material qualities: ready-to-install 1.2311 / 1.2316 mold plates and 1.2083ESU hardening mold plates. This results in many different applications, including the production of precision small and micro parts, cost-effective small and large series, prototypes and small parts for medical technology. The mold design can be flexibly and easily configured and ordered online. CAD data is also available. The micro-injection-molded accessories consist of cylindrical fine centering, tempering elements and heat protection plates.
