groschopp0315Bienen Ruck has been purchasing customer-specific motors from Groschopp for 20 years and equipping 90% of its motor-driven extractors with them. The special drives are installed in the dealer's tangential and self-turning honey extractors. Above all, they have to be robust and durable.

With a beekeeper honey is thrown only two to three times a year. Then the engine must work properly. Another special requirement arises with the self-tedders: They change direction every few minutes and throw the honey out of the honeycomb. The engine must support this right and left rotation - which is by no means a matter of course.

The drive specialist is also available for the further development of the products. For example, several years ago Groschopp boosted the 80 W engine / transmission to 110 W to make the drive more powerful, robust and fail-safe. Good conditions for a rich honey harvest.
