Carbide cutting tools for precision machining

Elco offers a wide range of high-performance tools for mold making and light machining. The company develops tools and solutions for processing panels and profiles made of plastics and composites especially for applications in the aerospace industry and in lightweight construction. It also produces a variety of shrink fit chucks.

These range from slim designs for mold making to short, reinforced chucks for heavy-duty cutting, both with integrated internal cooling through the chuck. The program is supplemented by special extension and reduction sleeves for the shrink chucks. Also on display are extremely efficient shrinking machines with shrink-in times from 2 to 7 s. The cooling is done by cold air without further handling by the user. The shredder can be operated easily and quickly and is absolutely safe for the user.
