Heavy lifting rollers with Levelable height for precise operations

Blickle has launched a new series of heavy-duty leveling castors. Users can use it to move and position machines and other large devices easily and safely. In addition to a high load capacity, the double castors offer a stable stand and a height that can be leveled for particularly precise applications.

The heavy-duty leveling casters of the HRLSD series offer an extremely robust welded steel construction. The double castors are available with two different wheel variants as standard: made of high-quality, unbreakable polyamide 6 or with a wheel center made of sturdy gray cast iron and the non-marking “Extrathane” polyurethane tread. The housing is dust and splash-proof. The load capacity of the rollers is up to 1300 kg in the standard range, depending on the version. This means that even heavy machines can be reliably fixed and moved safely.

The total height of the lifting rollers is freely selectable between 170 and 210 mm with the adjustable locking foot embedded in a guide sleeve. The foot height can be adjusted quickly and easily with a fork wrench. In this way, users can also level uneven floors - both on the static and on the wheel for dynamic operation. The heavy-duty lifting rollers thus offer very good stability, even in vibration-generating applications. When mobile, they have generous ground clearance with up to 40 mm.

The wheel diameter of the lifting rollers is 125 mm. Two pressed-in ball bearings ensure smooth running. The rollers are fastened by means of a mounting plate with the dimensions 175 x 140 mm. They are suitable for stationary systems that only need to be moved occasionally - for example, operating equipment or production machines. For use in sensitive environments such as microelectronics, the heavy-duty lifting rollers are also available with electrically conductive polyamide wheels on request.
