The solution, which can be implemented within a very short time, was developed by Essert; sales are exclusively with Alexander Bürkle. 


Four eyes see more than two. Even over a distance of a thousand kilometers? From now on, this will be possible within a short time with augmented automation. The solution consists of the data glasses and the associated IT including the applications. In practice, it can look like this: A service technician has to repair a fault in a system.

He puts on the data glasses, authenticates himself and communicates via a central portal via audio and video with the specialist in the company, who knows the individual configuration of the system better. The expert in the company sees and hears what the colleague is doing on site and can send him circuit diagrams or other helpful information into the data glasses to support him. Together they fix the problem.
