Lenord + Bauer has a new chairman of the CEO appointed: dr Rudo Grimm (l.) and dr Matthew Lenord now form the dual leadership of the specialist for integrated Drive Technology and motion sensors. Dr. Grimm sees the attraction of his new role in the innovation potential of Lenord + Bauer.
When asked about his future goals, the father of three replied: “Lenord + Bauer drives with integrated, intelligent, interactive sensors, actuators and autonomous controllers Automationsolutions for the future. I would like together with Dr. Lenord use the development know-how to further strengthen our position as a forward-thinking and reliable system partner. With digitization and AI (Artificial intelligence) we will continue to follow this path consistently.”
Expertise in the railway and process industry
With dr Rudo Grimm Lenord + Bauer has won a managing director with a broad industrial background. His expertise comes in particular from the rail and process industries. Before moving to Lenord + Bauer in Oberhausen, the new managing director initially worked in a consulting company and then in various medium-sized, internationally active companies as commercial director, head of operations and management. For the last five years he has headed a well-known company in the field of rail transport technology. In addition, he successfully managed a startup company in the field E-Mobility.
