On the 16. and 17. May 2019 hosted Auvesy her first conference on the subject of data management in industrial automation in Karlsruhe. The main theme of the conference "From system to platform" represents the current repositioning of the Versiondog Software manufacturer as a solution provider for automation projects.
The two-day event is aimed at maintenance personnel, production managers and plant and machine builders who want to optimize their data and change management and make it future-proof.
In addition to practical user lectures on version management, data backup and documentation in production, the latest topics such as 4.0 Industry, Predictive Maintenance, Smart Home, ICS Monitoring and Industrial Security form the core of the conference.
Highlights are Industry 4.0 plenary lecture by Prof. dr. Zühlke, technology initiative Smart Factory Kaiserslautern, and a live hacking presentation by IT security consultant, Wolfgang Strasser, the company Add-yet. With his keynote "Die Entscheidung steht", Knut Richter, former Bundesliga referee and team leader (development), will open the event in a large automobile company. The lectures will be held in three parallel sessions, so that the participants can set their own topic.
At the accompanying Microfair, the partners Siemens, Mitsubishi Electric, IAGB, Itaricon, Cognex and Itris Automation show a wide range of automation solutions and future technologies.
A premiere will also be the presentation of the Innovation Award for the best Versiondog implementation, which will be part of the evening event at 16. May 2019 will take place.
