rauscher1119The "NIT Widy Sens SWIR" cameras with dual-mode "InGaAs" sensors from Rauscher offer a compromise between high sensitivity due to linear response and high dynamics at 120 dB with logarithmic response. 230 frames / s and synchronous image acquisition in the ns range are further features of the camera.

The sensors are designed for the wavelength range between 900 nm and 1700 nm and provide a resolution of 640 x 512 pixels. The Cameras are available with USB 3.0, Cameralink and GigE interface. The Smart variants also offer Bad Pixel Replacement and Non-Uniformity Correction. The gated mode models have ext. synchronized exposure times from 100 ns to 9 µs.

All Ingaas sensors are self-developed and produced in-house.
