Karl Späh

Karl Späh is further expanding its plastics processing capacities. With a new generation of multifunctional plotters, precise plastic parts up to a size of 3 x 2 m and a maximum thickness of 70 mm can be produced for all areas of industry and technical trade. And this in any desired shape and quantity from batch size 1. The milled parts can be made from all common plastics such as PA, PC, PE, PEEK, POM, PP, PS, PTFE, PVC and many more.

In addition to the size design of the milled parts, the cutting plotter offers further advantages: holes can be cut, chamfered, pockets, patterns and scripts or other contours can be milled during plate processing. This considerably expands the possibilities of use. Common CNC milled parts made of plastic plates include scrapers, bumpers, drive plates, covers, brackets and much more.

With the plotter, vendor parts that were previously made of metal can be manufactured as milled plastic parts. The customers simply send their DXF or DWG file to Späh, where the data goes directly to the milling plotter and parts production can begin immediately. If the data is not available, the required CNC program can be created from the drawing or sample for a fee.
