Before joining Wago, Dr. Schatt worked for the Boston Consulting Group, BCG, where he advised industrial and energy clients on corporate, portfolio and digitalization strategies. In 2015, he moved to Honeywell and promoted the international development of the Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions and Honeywell Industrial Safety divisions. In his last position as Vice President & General Manager EMEA at Honeywell Smart Energy & Thermal Solutions, he led the realignment of the business.
