With immediate effect, the linear technology specialists are trading as Ewellix: Makers in Motion. The company will continue to focus on its core areas. These include, among others, industrial automation, medical technology, mobile applications as well as the continuous expansion with its distribution partners.
In addition to the further development of linear components, smart sensor technologies and their analysis should bring added value to users. Keyword: IoT capability. The Ewellix Group has nine manufacturing centers in Europe, North America and Asia as well as 16 sales offices worldwide and employs more than 1400 employees. "This gives us a solid foundation on which to build," said Daniel Westberg (2.r), CEO of Ewellix. "As we move from a pure product supplier to a provider of custom linear technology solutions, we plan to further expand our global footprint. For example, new customer centers are currently being set up in Hungary and India. "
When developing practical solutions, Ewellix works closely with customers in the automation industry. These include, for example, integrated systems that extend the reach of collaborative robots. In addition, fluid technology should be replaced by electromechanical solutions. These offer far better performance, reliability, energy efficiency and safety.
