By incorporating all of the components previously placed under the hood of the vehicle into the wheel, REE offers optimum design freedom, multiple body configurations on a single platform, reduced vehicle size and weight, and increased energy and operational efficiency.
Flat design, low center of gravity
The unique approach of REE strategically places the engine, steering, suspension, powertrain, sensors, brakes, thermal systems, and electronics into the wheel, creating a truly flat platform. This design offers a low center of gravity to maximize efficiency and support the agility and stability of the vehicle. The innovation drastically reduces the space and weight of a vehicle and improves both energy efficiency and performance.

A platform: from premium vehicles to trucks
The REE platform provides a tailor-made solution for car manufacturers, mobility providers and suppliers. Based on a novel four-engine system that includes active leveling, steer-by-wire and a smart four-speed transmission, REE technology provides the foundation for any type of vehicle, from a high-performance car capable of driving 0 to 100 km / to achieve less than 3 s, to an off-road vehicle with advanced active chassis technology. The platform can also be used as a base for a robotic taxi or even for an 10-t overland truck.
