Pneumatic oil-free ball transfer units for plant construction and conveyor technology

28.02.2019 | Loads of up to 4000 kg per m² can be carried on the “Fixgleit” ball transfer elements (picture above) from Orimair gently and practically friction-free on an air film. This is particularly advantageous for soft and sensitive surfaces, as the load is taken up over a large area and not at specific points. The elements can be used to build conveyor tables or vacuum tables of any size using the mosaic method.

Moves at Overpressure operation a load over a table made of fixed sliding elements, the valves located directly under the load open and create an air film there. They work mechanically and oil-free; a higher-level control system is not required. The robust and rust-proof design is insensitive to dirt, oil and mechanical damage.
