Clamping and vibration elements also for special applications

New to the R + L Hydraulics product range are clamping and oscillating elements from the "Flextec" brand. It includes a comprehensive range of tensioning elements, vibration elements, vibration dampers, rubber suspension elements and motor rockers. All clamping and oscillating elements are available in different designs, also for special applications, so that a wide range of applications is covered.

The clamping elements are available in different material versions and on request also with different rubber inserts. The vibrating elements are designed for the suspension and support of vibration equipment and drive systems. Various variants allow the use also for special applications such as very high impact load or in the food and pharmaceutical industry. The vibration dampers are used to absorb tensile, compressive and shear loads.

Different variants are suitable both for multidirectional applications and for applications in which low-frequency vibrations are to be damped. The rubber spring elements offer a variety of secure mounting options for lever arms variants with different holes. The motor rockers use a rubber spring element as a pivot bearing. The element continuously compensates for belt elongation and flutter and excessive tractive forces when starting a drive. The motor rockers are suitable for all belt drives between approx. 0,3 and 520 kW.
