rosenkriegerDespite the most precise production and assembly, the smallest tolerances cannot be ruled out when installing technical assemblies. To compensate for this, RK Rose + Krieger is launching two new products: the "Syncflex" compensating plates for the absolutely precise alignment of lifting columns and an axial compensation for electric cylinders for the exact parallel installation of at least two cylinders.

In rigid systems such as lifting columns or electric cylinders, even the smallest tolerances lead to tension and faulty function: A heavy barrel, increased energy costs and an overload of the control system up to the complete equipment failure are the consequences. RK offers a solution to this problem with the new lifting column compensation plates and axial compensation for electric cylinders.

For synchronously moving lifting columns, there is now a lower (Syncflex V) and an upper compensating plate (Syncflex H). They provide a tension-free construction of overdetermined systems (more than 1 fixed bearings). The lower compensating plate serves the height compensation and the adjustment of the lifting column about the vertical axis, that is, it adjusts the inclination of the column. A small dragonfly mounted in the plate facilitates precise alignment. In addition, the compensation plate provides a simple way of connecting to the mounting plate. In synchronizing systems, the upper plates compensate for height and inclination differences. If at least two lifting columns are mounted together, they compensate for possible tension and catch the differences of the synchronization.

With the axial compensation for electric cylinders, the manufacturer offers a unique solution for all constructions where there is no possibility for exactly parallel installation of at least two cylinders. The precise adjustment of the position of the cylinder to each other is much easier. The adapter forgives small tolerances of ± 2 mm and aligns the electric cylinder precisely to each other. In conjunction with a joint eye, it also eliminates tension. In addition, the impact resistance during commissioning and collision is significantly increased.
