The bell suction cups are available in a round SM-G series and an oval version in the SM-OG series. The oval version is suitable for use in cramped space It is ideal for handling elongated workpieces such as stiffening and reinforcement plates, profiles, pipes or flat workpieces with bars.

The bell suction cups offer a long-lasting body made of NBR with 60 ° Shore A. Large anti-slip support ribs enable reliable handling of dry and oily sheets. Special supports in the vacuum body prevent deep-drawing effects that can permanently deform thin sheets. The highly flexible sealing lip ensures almost leak-free suction even on strongly curved sheet metal parts.

Both vacuum cleaner series are according to Guideline VDMA 24364 test class A1 Labs free. Accordingly, they are suitable for surfaces that are subsequently painted or coated. The vulcanized aluminum fitting enables a firm fit in the suction cup holder and prevents production downtime or damage that could occur due to suction cup loss in the production system.

The round bell suction cups are available in five sizes, diameters 22, 30, 45, 60 and 80 mm. The oval bell suction cups are available in three sizes 60 x 20, 80 x 30 and 95 x 40 mm. Various connection threads are also available.
