Precise and space-saving Eco wide rail guide
The new ECO series from Dr. Tretter offers rail guides that run quietly, smoothly and very precisely. One ECO rail guide is versatile and suitable for price-sensitive applications. The four-row profile rail guide is available as a flange carriage and as a block carriage. The carriages run particularly smoothly and quietly via the precision ball guide. In the standard version, end and longitudinal seals are integrated on both sides.
Trade fair statement: linear technology for everyone and in particular
The wagons are thus sealed all around. When the guide carriage is removed from the profile rail, the balls are securely held in the carriage. The user receives the slide slightly preloaded. They also support the quiet and precise running behavior. The rail is loaded evenly in all directions with a contact angle of 45 degrees. Eight different types of guide carriages in sizes 15 to 65 fit on one and the same rail system.
The new wide rail guides of the ECO series are interchangeable to various guide rails from competitors. The rail guides are available from stock in sizes 17 to 35. At 15 to 65 mm, this rail guide is wider than the C-rail guide and, at 13 to 90 mm, is also lower. It is therefore more space-saving and can absorb high torques at the same time.
Trapezoidal screw drives as an alternative to ball screw spindles
The rail guides can be between 50 and 3000 mm long. Longer rails can be assembled from multi-part components. Joints are machined at the factory and the bores are evenly spaced across the assembled rail guide. Trolleys and rails can be ordered separately and can be freely combined. Compared to the other ECO standard series, the wide rail guide is currently only one Gland possible from above.
Rail guide of the C series
The manufacturer of customized special solutions in linear technology offers a wide range of rail made of high strength material with properties such as stiff, resilient, robust and flexible. The rail guides, which can be delivered at short notice, include a large range of carriages of various sizes and types. dr Tretter individually cuts the rail guides to the required length.
The units of the compact C series are very stable. The grooves are arranged at 4 x 45 degrees. This means that the guide rails can be subjected to pressure, tension and lateral force equally in every direction. The installation position of the rail guides is therefore irrelevant. Through the X arrangement of the balls this rail guide also requires a less precise substructure. The C-rail guide is available in three lengths on the carriage. The slides can be screwed on from above or below. Optional accessories are available such as manual clamping elements, lubricating nipples, sealing plugs or metal scrapers.
Aluminum rail guide with corrosion protection
Another version is the Aluminum rail guide, in which the base body of the rail and guide carriage consists of an aluminum wrought alloy. The standard carriages of the profile rail guide are anodized and thus protected against corrosion. Thanks to a stainless steel insert, the aluminum systems are highly resilient and at the same time around 60% lighter than corresponding steel solutions.
Another variant are Miniature rail guides. They have two rows of balls. The raceways are ground in the Gothic profile. This results in a four-point contact for the ball. The system can thus be loaded equally in every direction.
Efficient linear guide with lubrication status monitoring
To the high quality NSKRail guide includes the NH and NS series. Their service life has been doubled and most of them are also available in black chrome and stainless steel. The guide carriages of the NSK rail guide can be freely combined. The standard carriages are optionally equipped with a lubrication unit for maintenance-free operation.
