FAGWith the FAG "Heater" devices from the Schaeffler Group, rolling bearings and rotationally symmetrical parts made of steel can be heated much more safely and gently than was previously possible. The seven devices have some technical innovations compared to the previous models.

For example, the position of the induction coil in the housing of the heating devices has been optimized to prevent overheating of the device and the workpiece. In addition, this function and the new temperature control enable a controlled heating, which reduces the risk of damage to the workpiece. Improvements could be made for the workpiece, the customer's machine, the device itself and for the user. Safety and reliability of the devices have been tested and certified by TÜV Rheinland. There is also a diverse scope of delivery and an extended warranty of five years.
