Axial and radial bearings with lubrication condition monitoring

Myonic (Minebea Mitsumi) has on the EMO and the Axial and radial bearings of the next generation for the machine tool presented. The AXRY-NGX series has been consistently further developed for maximum rigidity. More rigidity for high loads in the given installation space is not possible. Proven features of the EX series such as the fat reservoirs for Lifetime lubrication were taken over.

The new axial bearing and radial bearing ball bearing series is particularly suitable for combined milling / turning applications in innovative machine applications. The optional use of the integrated lubrication status monitoring system CMS allows the required lubrication quantities for the ball bearings to be precisely defined and thus the bearing temperatures to be optimally set.

Thanks to the new integrated monitoring of the lubrication status CMS, friction moments and temperatures in the bearing can be set precisely, which further improves the machine accuracy. Sensors located directly under the raceways continuously monitor the lubrication status in the axial or radial bearing and ensure precise relubrication in real time. In addition, further information on the bearing temperature, bearing speed and bearing slip is available at all times.
