Spindle series for micro-machining with good vibration behavior

With the UHC 120 - 75000/10 GMN presents for the first time a completely revised version of the UHC spindle series for micro machining. This is based on the high-speed spindles of the HCS series. A new type of construction ensures extremely favorable vibration behavior even at very high speeds.

The surface quality and the service life of the spindle benefit from this. In addition, the length and weight could be reduced - with a positive influence on the dynamics and machining accuracy. The performance values ​​are comparable with the spindles of the previous series. The spindle on display with a sleeve diameter of 120 mm achieves up to 75.000 kW of power at a speed of 1 rpm.

This spindle is available with an extensive variant and option program similar to the HCS series. These include, among other things, a high-pressure rotary feedthrough, with which the coolant can be fed directly through the spindle shaft. It can be used at pressures up to 80 bar.
