With the Grundfos CU352 multi-pump control system, Hydro MPC booster systems are now even more flexible and economical. In addition to new hardware features, new pressure boosting features have been implemented. Likewise, the connection to various fieldbus systems such as Profibus, LON, etc. is made much easier by the direct inclusion of the CIU modules.
The CU352 has a readable color display that can be optimally read even in bright surroundings. All important system values such as pressures, speeds, etc. are displayed directly in the status display. An integrated datalogger records all important system values. These values can be viewed in the display or exported via the network interface as a .csv file.
The CU 352 can be equipped with an 12V lead-gel battery, so that the controller and the sensors remain in operation in case of power failure.
Direct recording of Grundfos communication cards (CIM) for connection to various fieldbus systems is possible. With the additional IO351B communication module, system values can also be forwarded as an analogue signal. A small pilot pump for the low load case can also be completely integrated into the control, so that such a pilot pump can now also be operated, for example, with proportional pressure control.
In addition to the new hardware, the CU352 multi-pump control also has new functions such as the display of specific energy (kWh / m3), a volume flow indication or forwarding, the emergency generator operation and a ramp time change of the setpoints.
