The new family of inductive Proximity sensors IQG in 40 x 40 design by Sick can be easily loaded and installed in seconds. It can be flexibly adapted and easily monitored. The stable and patented push-lock system is fast, reliable and unique. It enables tool-free installation and offers a high degree of safety, as unintentional unlocking is no longer possible.

Whether as a short design for use in factory automation or as a long design for outdoor applications - the IQG family is also unbeatable when it comes to flexibility. It ensures high system availability and error-free process flows in the automotive industry. The sensors also faced the challenges of modern material flow systems with ease and are flexible, efficient and reliable. The rotatable sensor head in five directions allows the IQG family to be adapted to numerous applications. The four corner LEDs allow easy monitoring of the sensor status, regardless of the mounting position.

Thanks to state-of-the-art Asic technology, the IQG proximity sensor family offers a wide ambient temperature range, high shock and vibration resistance and electromagnetic compatibility. Due to the large switching distances, the processes work extremely stable. Even in very harsh environments with strong weather conditions, the sensor works permanently reliably. Whether sun, water, wind or weather - the inductive proximity sensor IQG defies any environment.
