For applications in which the sensor tip is exposed to particularly high pressures, Rheintacho has developed the FE-hp high-pressure sensor. Users of this series benefit from an extremely small design with a diving depth of only 14,7 mm and a heavy-duty version with brass housing. The FE-hp sensors are especially designed for use in hydraulic drives with high pressures up to 275 bar.
Sensors used in machines such as orbital motors must meet the highest standards. Therefore, the developers have ensured that neither dirt and moisture nor intensive cleaning can affect the sensor. The sensors comply with the protection classes IP69K and IP67. They work in a wide frequency range from 0,1 to 20.000 Hz and ensure high EMC stability.
The small and very flexible speed sensors have been asserted in their fourth generation in years of hard everyday use. Responsible for this robustness are the construction of the cable outlet and the sealing by means of an intelligently positioned O-ring.
