micro-epsilon0713In the focus of the new Laser sensors "Opto NCDT 1610" by Micro-Epsilon are applications that require a high measuring speed. Vibration measurement, crash tests, testing equipment for vibration elements - these are just a few examples from the range of tasks of the laser sensors. With the cutoff frequency of 10kHz count they the fastest laser displacement sensors on the market. With the special analog module, they deliver highly accurate measurement results on almost all surfaces. For optical adaptation to varying measuring object surfaces, the sensors have an automatic light intensity control.

Ethernet interface and analog outputs facilitate the integration of the laser sensors in the process. The new highly dynamic Opto NCDT 1610 can be expanded into task-specific multi-channel measuring systems with the universal controller CSP 2008. The Scope of delivery contains the control unit and a 2 m long connection cable.

Due to the wide range of measuring ranges (0,5 to 200 mm) suitable this sensor series for different measuring tasks. The preferred areas of application for the laser sensors of the series Opto NCDT 1610 are: position control of pistons and valves, measurement of length, angle and thickness, flatness control and vibration measurement.
