The industry-leading WDGF can be mounted quickly, simply put into operation and delivers high-precision signals for a dynamic and comfortable control.
The WDGF is equipped with a conical shaft and a suitably designed torque arm that can be easily and quickly integrated into the motor housing. The precision ball bearings are for continuous operation at 12.000 min-1 dimensioned and thus guarantee a high operational stability.
All mechanical and electrical components are designed for high dynamics and demanding environmental conditions. A high insensitivity to vibration (300 m / s² acceleration in the frequency range 55 to 2000 Hz) and shock (2000 m / s² in a period of 6 ms), the high degree of protection IP 67, on the shaft IP 65 and wide temperature range of -40 ° up to +115 ° C guarantee a long service life.
The high-precision single-turn value with 19 bit resolution is transmitted with the 10 MHz Biss-C interface.
