Kübler presents its new generation Industrial Ethernet encoder, which differs technically and mechanically from existing fieldbus encoders. Thanks to the new technical platform, the "Sendix F58" Profinet IO encoders can also be integrated into Profidrive and Profienergy networks. With the new generation, the well-known fieldbush cover will be replaced by the new design. This saves additional construction depth.
Thanks to Profinet IO, RT and IRT, the Sendix F58 encoders can meet various performance requirements and thus be integrated. For hard real-time requirements with clock cycles <1 ms is the isochronous mode ready. The Sendix encoders are based on the latest encoder profile (V 4.2) and thus support all Profinet properties.
The encoder supports isochronous cycle times from a Sendcycle to 31,25 μs and a jitter <1 μs, making it suitable for highly synchronous applications such as axis synchronization. The Profidrive profile enables interoperability between various control and drive manufacturers. An optimization / reduction of energy utilization with achieved by Profienergy features.
Vertical communication from the control level to industrial production plants enables location-independent parameterization, remote diagnostics and priority-supported process data exchange. Even maintenance interventions can be realized in a time-saving manner.

Faulhaber presents a 6,2 mm small, precisely fitting encoder for the BXT flat motor family. With the diameter-compliant, magnetic incremental encoder IEF3-4096 BXT, the brushless DC motors also remain very short in length. The encoder was fully integrated in the robust motor housing.
