Hannover Messe Hall 9, Stand H55
Presented with the "Tben-L-DCC" Turck a smart one RFIDModule with integrated data processing functions. The Device Control Center is thus optimally equipped for use in various industrial 4.0 scenarios in production and intralogistics, for example, in the incoming and outgoing goods, in the localization of containers, the picking or the control of the flow of goods.
The device control center is based on Turck's robust RFID module platform Tben-L with protection class IP67 and offers eight additional freely definable digital inputs / outputs in addition to connection options for four RFID read-write heads in HF or UHF technology. Communication with higher-level ERP or MES systems takes place via Ethernet TCP / IP.
The module is equipped with the Device Control Service (DCS) for the administration and control of the connected hardware and the first processing of sensor and RFID raw data. Standard interfaces such as Web Services or CSV File Storage allow direct forwarding of processed data to other systems. Alternatively, the direct communication with the middleware Graidware of the system partner Sigma Chemnitz is possible.
Smooth operation of the module is ensured by an ARM Cortex-A8 controller with Windows Embedded Compact 2013 and 800 MHz clock speed, 4 GByte Nand flash memory and 512 MByte DDR3 RAM.
