Hannover Messe Hall 9, Stand H55
Presented with the TB-Q08 Turck currently the smallest ISO15693 compliant RFIDWrite-read head in protection class IP67 on the market. Despite the compact dimensions of 32 x 20 x 8 mm, both the antenna and the electronics are housed in one housing. Two visible LEDs signal the user with a functioning power supply and active read-write processes.
Thanks to its compact cuboid design and the 15 cm long connecting cable with M12 plug, the TB-Q08 is particularly suitable for use in confined installation situations, for example in small assembly and transport lines. Even tool identification - such as injection molding tools - is an ideal field of application for the new read-write head.
Especially when combined with the new R10 and R12 media from Turck, the TB-Q08 can fully exploit its strengths in the identification of metal objects. The new media with 10 and 12 mm diameter can be mounted directly in metal and are equipped with a chip that supports password functionality. In conjunction with the "BL ident" RFID system, users can effortlessly implement, for example, simplified protection against piracy, access protection, access rights management and so on.
