Turck PbSPS / IPV / Drives Hall 7, Stand 351

Turck be extended RFID system "BL ident" Application-specific read-write heads and tags for the meat industry. A special day for high-temperature applications completes the program. A new read-write head now achieves three times the reach of its predecessor.

The new TNSLR-Q42TWD-H1147 tag reader tag has been specifically designed for high-volume applications in wet environments where UHF technology does not work. The head is based on the 13,56 MHz RF technology, but reaches up to three times the usual ranges. In combination with 12 mm data media, maximum distances of 35 mm in metal can be realized instead of the usual 10 ... 15 mm. The technique makes it possible, for example, to carry out writing readings for the reliable identification of meat hooks in running conveyor belts.

In addition, the manufacturer equips its RFID system BL ident with robust, high-temperature-resistant tags in IP69K protection for special applications. The data memories type TW-Q51-HT-B128 are suitable for working temperatures from -25 ° to 85 ° C. The storage temperature can be from -55 ° up to 240 ° C. The tags have a capacity of 128 bytes, of which 112 bytes are freely available as payload memory. For example, the tags are also suitable for use in autoclaves.
