The "NIT Widy Sens SWIR "cameras with dual-mode "InGaAs" sensor from Rauscher offer a compromise between high sensitivity through linear response and high dynamics with 120 dB with logarithmic response. 230 images / s and a synchronous image capture in the ns range are further features of the camera.
The sensors are designed for the wavelength range between 900 nm and 1700 nm and provide a resolution of 640 x 512 pixels. The cameras are available with USB 3.0, Cameralink and GigE interface. The Smart variants also offer a Bad Pixel Replacement and a Non Uniformity Correction. The gated-mode models have ext. synchonized exposure times from 100 ns to 9 μs.
All Ingaas sensors are self-developed and produced in-house.
