Hannover Messe Hall 17, Stand D26
Presented as a Solution Partner for Smart Manufacturing Mitsubishi Electric Applications for engineering, manufacturing and maintenance. New solutions for predictive maintenance, such as the "Melfa Smartplus" for all FR series robots and the operating units with integrated "GOT Drive" machine diagnostics play a central role.
The new Melfa Smartplus functional solution for the FR series is an integrated add-on card for highly specialized, intelligent functions, including predictive maintenance. Characteristics from the servomotors can be called up directly in the CR800 controller and analyzed for any damage or wear. The corresponding service recommendations are given in clear text and allow optimized maintenance as needed. Further Smartplus functions include higher positioning accuracy through temperature compensation and the coordination of additional axes (spline tracking).
For value retention and cost savings through predictive maintenance, the automaker has also developed the GOT Drive function for machine diagnostics.
GOT Drive + frequency converter compares frequency and torque characteristics with a reference range and outputs maintenance requirements directly on the HMI device. Integrated is a lifetime monitoring of the capacitors. GOT Drive + Servo absorbs friction and vibration values, compares them to the user-defined specification and reports maintenance or cleaning requirements. Both functions can be accessed with GOT Mobile even from mobile phones or tablets.
Other highlights include an antistatic robot for electronics production as well as a high-speed delta robot with Mitsubishi Electric control. In addition, with eF @ ctory partners realized vision applications and product solutions for industry 4.0 and the intelligent manufacturing of the future.
