For each of the networks, there is a Quick Start Guide and sample projects or function blocks for uncomplicated commissioning. These can be used directly or extended. The servo amplifiers are thus particularly user-friendly and easy to set up. A graphical software tool launches features such as advanced vibration suppression or real-time autotuning (one-touch tuning). This automatically detects the optimum parameter values for machine operation and proposes them to the user. This makes the system particularly user-friendly and can reduce machine cycle times.
The power range is 0,05 to 22 kW and is supported by a large selection of different motors. They are extremely compact and have half the space of comparable products. In addition, the motors in the series offer a well above-average power density.
All controllers of the MR-J4 series are equipped with electronic and mechanical condition monitoring. The servo-controller draws attention in the form of a warning to pending maintenance requirements when electronic components are nearing the end of their useful life or the torque is growing abnormally. This allows maintenance measures to be optimally planned and costly failures prevented.
