SPS IPC Drives Hall 7, 380 Stand
A series of factory automation products for the 4.0 industry, such as the Energy Assist Unit, the MR-J4-TM servo drive and the new HMI GS series, are among the highlights of Mitsubishi Electric, A comprehensive solution concept illustrates the Energy Assist Unit as a particularly effective way of intelligently feeding regenerative energy from servomotors back into the plant. By harnessing the regenerative energy within the machine, energy spikes can be significantly reduced.
The solution is particularly suitable for systems with high energy consumption greater than 30 kW. In addition, the automation company will for the first time open its servo technology for third-party control and network technologies. By combination with Anybus plug-in cards from eF @ ctory Alliance Partner HMS Industrial Networks allows the servo drive MR-J4-TM to connect the servo technology to open networks. The plug-in card provides the necessary compatibility so that machine builders can take advantage of the highly compact, high-performance technology from Japan at any time.
Another highlight at the booth is the particularly cost-efficient GS series, a new HMI class. The operator panels of this series offer a simple and flexible entry-level option into the world of machine visualization. In addition to all common basic functions, they include additional functions such as data logging, FA transparent or operator authentication.
Other new products on the stand include the expansion of the GOT2000 series with the new GT25 models and an 15 inch version of the high-end GT27 series, the cost-effective stand-alone solution MAPS HMI for Scada control and an optimized version Packaging Solution especially for the packaging industry for a particularly simple and fast system setup.
