For the sliding gate valves, seat valves and 3 directional valves has Schubert + Salzer developed its own lifting drive. This very compact 2032 electric motor drive is optimized for high positioning precision with its 800 N power. With a default dead band setting of only ± 0,6% of the total stroke, this motor drive achieves a repeat accuracy of up to ± 0,3%.
It is offered in the two variants "open-close" and as governing drive. In addition, it offers individually definable security functions. For this purpose, the monitoring of the lifting force, the setpoint, the temperature of the electronics, etc. are integrated in the drive. For a diagnosis, the engine and total operating time, the temperature and lifting ranges are recorded. These diagnostic functions can be called up directly via the Device Config software. At the same time, this software tool offers the possibility of adjusting the parameters such as positioning time, characteristic curve, signal range, feedback and limit switch positions to the process conditions.
This linear actuator is designed with its sturdy aluminum housing and the metal coupling for harsh operating conditions. Optionally, mains connections are available for 24 V AC / DC and 90 up to 260 V AC. As standard, the motor drive 2032 is designed in protection class IP65.
