koco Motion presents the world's smallest BLDC motor iron armature with the name "B1625M-SO1". The BLDC motor measures 16 mm in diameter and is 25 mm long. The nominal voltages are 6, 9 and 12 V and the idle speed is given as approx. 8000 rpm. The small BLDC motor also has a starting torque of about 5 mNm. The slope is 1570 rpm / mNm.
Equipped with integrated electronics for infinitely variable speed control from 0 to 100% through PWM (Pulse Width Modulation), the BLDC motor is reversible and has a quick-braking function. The integrated electronics can be customized. Due to its simple design, the B1625M-SO1 is also very reasonably priced. If required, it can also be combined with reduction gears.
Further advantages of the brushless DC motors are their long service life over 10.000 operating hours and their EMC friendliness, because they have virtually no electromagnetic interference. In addition, they run very low noise and vibration.
The applications of the BLDC motor are very diverse: from applications such as small pumps or fans to safety and monitoring systems to personal care and household appliances. Engines are also predestined for applications in the fields of office technology, instrumentation, medical technology or the automotive industry.
